Someone shattered the front commuter side window and stole a stereo from a Mazda in the 3300 block of Northlake Boulevard. The stereo is valued at $400, and the destruction to the car is valued at $5,000.
Someone stole a $30 purse, $30 wallet, $20 cash, a driver license, credit cards, $200 good of gift cards and a $100 cellphone from a Nissan Pathfinder in the 8700 block of North Military Stalk.
Someone stole $500 worth of rings and $100 worth of earrings from a car in the 4200 block of Arbor Way.

A man was caught speeding 55 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 2600 block of Fairchild Gardens Avenue. An tec tried to stop the man by stepping in front of the car and flagging him over, but the man changed lanes and kept driving. He continued to drive even when oversee cars were chasing him with their lights activated. The police finally caught him in the parking lot of a shopping area. They discovered the man didn't have a driver accredit on him, and he never had one issued to him in his name. He was arrested.
Two charged with motor vehicle break ... Wicked Local Dennis
William Oliveira, 19, of 329 West Mere St., Hyannis, and Christopher Mauro, 20, of 203 Union St., Yarmouth Port, are charged with breaking and entering a motor vehicle, larceny and conquer in burglarious instruments.
At 4 a.m. Saturday, August 22 Dennis police responded to a 911 call reporting two men breaking into a vehicle at a where one lives stress on Seaside Avenue in Dennis.
